The self-stacking dish return table is designed so guests can sort and place their dishes directly into dish racks — a solution commonly used in school canteens and staff restaurants. The table comes in five standard lengths and holds up to eight dish racks. Connections can be made from either the right or left side, as well as from the end or along the length.
Dish racks rest on removable stainless steel grids and are easily moved to the transport section via plastic rollers. The trough, welded in stainless steel, slopes toward the drain and includes a lightweight removable strainer basket for effortless disposal of waste. The drain is designed without a shut-off valve.
Frame
The frame is made of robust 40 mm stainless steel square tubing with adjustable feet to accommodate uneven floors.
