DELIVERY TERMS:
Delivery is made free from the factory in Malmö.
All deliveries include standard packaging. Pallet costs will be charged.
PAYMENT:
30 days net according to the current price list, from the invoice date or as agreed. Prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Interest on late payment will be charged at 20% from the due date. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
CANCELLATION:
Objections to the order confirmation must be submitted no later than 10 days from receipt of the order confirmation in order to be considered and approved.
RETURN OF GOODS:
Returns can only be made by agreement with us. Idesta must always be contacted before a return is made to register the return case. An Idesta return form must be clearly visible on the goods. For returns of standard and stock products, a cost of 20% of the sales price will be charged. If the return is not due to Idesta, shipping must be booked and paid for by the buyer/sender unless otherwise agreed. The buyer/sender is responsible for ensuring the goods are properly packaged when returned.
WARRANTY TERMS:
We provide a 12-month warranty from our invoice date. The warranty covers parts and labor, provided that the user has first read and followed the instruction manual. The warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect installation, use, or negligence. For all warranty claims, IDESTA Foodtech AB must be contacted before any intervention on the product is made.
GENERAL TERMS:
We reserve the right to change the prices in the price list with immediate effect and reserve the right for any printing errors and design changes.
By receiving this price list and placing the first order, the above sales conditions are considered accepted by both buyer and seller.
