The standard refrigerated counter is equipped with a stainless steel top and a cooling well. The bottom of the cooling well is sloped toward a drain to facilitate the runoff of condensation. The well is designed to hold 1, 2, 3, or 4 GN 1/1 containers, and the sides are equipped with hygienically pressed guides for the container supports. The self-supporting frame is entirely made of stainless steel, and the legs are 40x40mm square tubes.
Cooling Function
The cooling well has cooling coils on the sides instead of the bottom to prevent ice buildup. Condensation can either be directed to a floor drain or collected in the included container.
Refrigerant R290a
The refrigerated counter uses R290a refrigerant, which has an ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) value of 0, meaning zero negative impact on the ozone layer. It also has a very low GWP (Global Warming Potential) value, which means minimal impact on global warming. R290 also has excellent thermodynamic properties, ensuring satisfactory operating parameters.
