Mobile Roller Conveyor (infeed and outfeed)
Material and construction
The roller conveyor is made from stainless steel quality EN1.4301, featuring a sloped bottom with punched drain holes for efficient runoff and easy cleaning. The outer edges are double-folded and smooth, with polished surfaces that are simple to maintain.
Frame and roller system
The leg frame is constructed from 40 mm stainless steel square tubing and equipped with adjustable Ø125 mm swivel casters, two of which are lockable. As standard, the conveyor comes with short plastic rollers, while long plastic rollers are available as optional accessories.
Connection and features
The conveyor is designed for connection to a 180º hinged turntable with a “CLICK IN” docking device. Disconnection is easily handled with a spring-loaded handle, and an end position switch of the magnet-roller type is included as standard.
