The bain-marie in IDESTA’s School Series is made entirely of stainless steel with legs constructed from 40 mm stainless steel square tubing.
It features a beaded top with a GN-adapted well. Each well is equipped with a concealed 700W/GN heating element. The temperature is regulated by a preset thermostat with digital temperature display. All wells have individual shut-off valves connected to a common drain. The unit also has a fixed bottom shelf. Delivered with a 3-meter power cord. Available in three lengths and three heights.
