The refrigerated counter is mobile and equipped with a stainless steel top including a cooling well. The bottom of the well is sloped toward a drain to aid condensation drainage. The well is designed to fit 1, 2, 3, or 4 GN 1/1 containers, with hygienically pressed side guides for GN container support. The self-supporting frame is made entirely of stainless steel. Legs are made from FK tubing 40×40 mm.
Cooling function
Cooling coils are positioned along the sides of the well instead of the bottom to prevent ice build-up. Condensation can either be directed to a floor drain or collected in the included container.
Refrigerant R290a
This unit uses refrigerant R290a, which has an ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) of 0—meaning no negative impact on the ozone layer—and a very low GWP (Global Warming Potential), indicating minimal environmental impact. R290 also offers excellent thermodynamic properties, ensuring efficient performance.
The refrigerated counter
The counter can be equipped with rear and side panels, front doors, tray rails, and an overhead shelf. A perforated base plate is available for the well.
