IDESTA’s boiling stations are built with robust, adjustable stainless steel legs for maximum stability. The stainless steel top features an elegant raised edge all around to prevent spills. Available in four sizes — 400, 800, 1200, and 1600 mm — with wells adapted for GN 1/1-200 mm pans. Acid-resistant wells are available as an option.
Function
Powerful 4500 W heating elements per well are located underneath for easy cleaning. They are controlled by a thermostat and equipped with overheating protection. Each well has a separate shut-off valve connected to a common drain.
Accessories
A wide range of accessories is available, including spray guns, mounting plates, and height-adjustable electric motors.
