IDESTA’s bain-marie is built with legs made from 40 mm stainless steel square tubing with adjustable feet. It features a stainless steel top with a beaded edge on all four sides to prevent spills. Available in four models: 400, 800, 1200, and 1600 mm. The wells are designed to fit GN 1/1-200 mm pans. Also available in a mobile version.
Function
Each well is powered by a 700-watt element placed under the bottom for easier cleaning. Comes with digital temperature control and a digital display. Delivered with a 3-meter power cable and connector. All wells have individual shut-off valves connected to a common drain.
Accessories
A wide selection of accessories is available, including stainless steel undershelves, spray guns with mixer taps, stainless mounting plates for mixers, mobile versions, serving shelves, stainless steel overshelves, and an electric motor for height adjustment.
